The assembly phase is one of the most critical moments in the realization of a plant. For this reason, Pisano Engineering offers a complete industrial mechanical assembly service, at the customer’s site, with highly trained technical personnel, its own means and making use of strict safety protocols.
We specialize inassembling, positioning and connecting complex systems and equipment, such as piping, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, pumps and metal structures. Each operation is performed in accordance with the design drawings, current regulations, and with utmost attention to consistency between the various technical disciplines (mechanical, civil, plant engineering).
Our team manages both assemblies on new plants and revamps or expansions of existing plants, with capacity to intervene on a national and international scale. The approach is turnkey, to put effective coordination between supplies, logistics and site operations in order to minimize disruptions and thus optimize lead times

We are able to work on piping, heat exchangers, reactors, distillation columns, carpentry, and pump units under both routine and extraordinary maintenance. Our technicians perform structural analysis, non-destructive testing, visual inspections and functional tests to assess the condition of the equipment, and propose customized intervention plans.
We also operate during planned shutdowns, revamps or emergency situations, ensuring quick response times, operational safety and compliance with plant procedures. Within our workshops in Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi (PV) we follow the entire production process in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality standards and full compliance with relevant regulations.
